I am a Leadership Transformation Coach and HR Consultant. 

I am a mom, a spouse, an immigrant, and like you have gone through many transitions in my life.

I grew up in Venezuela and for the last 17 years, I have worked in HR within a wide variety of roles in Oil and Gas, Consumer Products, and Retail industries both globally and in the US.
